Frequently asked questions

What is Nyore?
Nyore is your AI cultural companion. Point your camera at anything — a painting, a sculpture, a temple, a hidden corner of any city — and Nyore reads its story out loud. You can ask follow-up questions, plan a full day around one anchor stop, tour with friends, and share a recap of every visit.
How do I create an account?
Download Nyore from the App Store and open the app. Tap "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" and follow the prompts. We do not require a password — authentication runs through Apple or Google directly.
How does the AI assistant work?
Nyore uses large language models to answer your questions in real time. You can type your question, speak it with voice mode, or share a photo for visual analysis (brushwork, era, provenance, historical context). All queries are processed securely and image and audio inputs are not permanently stored.
Why does Nyore need camera and microphone access?
Camera and photo library permissions allow you to point at any artwork or object for AI-powered visual analysis. The microphone permission enables voice mode so you can ask questions hands-free — useful when you're walking through a gallery and don't want to type.
How does Plan Your Day work?
Anchor one stop — a museum, a café, a landmark you've been saving — and Nyore composes the rest of the day from curated venues, balanced pace, and walking-time math. You can adjust the duration, the number of stops, and the vibe (relaxed, balanced, packed) and re-generate as many times as you like.
What is Group Mode?
Group Mode lets you and your friends tour the same place together. You'll get live chat, shared favorites, mini-games (Bingo and Fact-or-Bluff), a leaderboard, and a single shared recap at the end of the day. One person creates the room, the rest join with a code.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Voice and image inputs are processed in real time and not permanently stored. Your account data is secured via Apple or Google sign-in. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email gozukara.mert1@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We process every request within 7 business days.
Which languages does Nyore support?
Nyore speaks 18 languages — including English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Persian, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Telugu, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Javanese. The interface and voice narration both adapt automatically.
How do I share my visit recap?
After any visit, open the Recap from your activity feed. Choose Story, Carousel, or Post — Nyore generates a ready-to-share image with the venue, your favorite pieces, the numbers that mattered, and a QR code back to the experience. Save it or share straight to your feed of choice.
The app isn't working as expected. What should I do?
First, force-quit and reopen the app, then check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling. If none of that helps, please email gozukara.mert1@gmail.com with a short description, your iPhone model, and your iOS version — we'll get back to you quickly.
