• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique user identifier to create and manage your account.
• Images: Photos you capture or select from your library are sent to our servers solely for AI-powered cultural and artwork analysis. Images are processed in real time and are not stored permanently on our servers.
• Voice & Audio Data: If you use the voice mode, audio is processed for speech recognition during your session only and is not retained afterward.
• Location Data: With your permission, we access your approximate location (when the app is in use) to show nearby museums, venues, and help you plan your day. Location data is not stored on our servers.
• Chat History: Your conversations with the AI assistant are stored on our servers to provide continuity across sessions. You may request deletion at any time.
• Activity, Itinerary & Group Data: Your visit history, planned itineraries, group rooms, mini-game scores, and shared favorites are stored to personalise your experience.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymised data about how you interact with the app (features used, session duration) to improve our service.
• Subscription Status: We store whether you hold an active premium subscription to unlock premium features.

Images and voice data are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Account information, chat history, group activity, and itinerary data are retained as long as your account is active.
